We welcome new investors who share our investment objectives and timeframes. We have grown in a networked way, where each new investor has joined us through an existing member-investor, and we will continue to grow in this way.
However, there are also some investors who did not know anyone in 7Avenues when they initially got in touch with us, and in such cases, we have taken the time and effort to understand their investment objectives, and transparently suggested if 7Avenues offered the right investment opportunity to them.
So in each and every case where a person has expressed to be an investor of 7Avenues, one of our core team executives has spoken with them personally and suggested next steps.
We value our investors. We have known many of them for decades, and some are close friends and family members as well. Therefore, transparency and trust with investors is sacrosanct for us.
Our core team executives are also the founding investors of 7Avenues, and thus, there is a fundamental alignment between management and investors of 7Avenues. In addition, a significant portion of the remuneration of our key employees is in stock, and this ensures they are also aligned with the investors and constanly look for new opportunities to increase the value of our business.
Our members are investing with a 4-5 year timeframe because this is equity participation in businesses like retail and supply chain ventures, which will take a few years to mature and give returns. We plan to share the investment returns through share buy-back.
