National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) publishes Our Article on Corporate Governance
Every month NSE publishes a newsletter that is read by various executives and capital market players. And the latest issue of Feb 2009 has just come out, and it features an article by us on the hot topic of new SEBI regulation for disclosure of promoter shares pledging and related corporate governance.
