(1) Job Overview
• Title: AVP or VP, New Business Ops
• Role: Business Growth, Investor Relationships, Customer Relationships
• Experience: 1 to 6 years (years is less important than motivation and ability)
• Location: Flexible: Agra, Bhopal, Baroda, Nagpur
• Remuneration: Nominal Base Salary + Generous Sweat Equity
• Reporting to: 7Avenues Executive Team

(2) Job Description:
The top responsibilities in the start will be:
(a) Improve Customer Relationships and Sales in specific business and target region. Meet business partners and customers for building brand and relationships.
(b) Motivate the staff to give their best in operations and customer service (they will have lesser education and compensation than you – but are key to our success)
(c) Interact with Investors of 7Avenues to take their inputs on specific projects.
(d) Help 7Avenues Executive Team in preparation of monthly business reports.

Growth potential is high: Successful performance in this role will lead to senior/executive positions in our newer ventures, or a full-time role within 7Avenues in managing investments. It all depends on your capability, performance, and motivation.


(3) Job Requirements:
• You will have a high energy level with great interpersonal skills and thrive on challenges.
• You can come from any work-experience/background, but must have an interest in running a business, and working with Customers and Investors.

(4) Location:
• We are flexible on the location as we are growing and all team members are well connected through phone and Internet. You could be located at any of the following cities: Agra, Bhopal, Baroda, Nagpur

(5) Remuneration and Rewards:
• Remuneration per month will be Rs 20k in cash plus 3000 stock-options that will vest in 4 to 5 years, similar to the timeframes of our capital investors. We believe this would translate to a market value of over Rs 35 Lakh for the year 2008-2009.
• In addition, 7Avenues will contribute towards PF and Health Insurance premium.
